Invoice and cash

Fast, automated and reliable invoicing is the requirement of every company. The Tempolia software allows you to master all aspects of the automated management of your invoices. You can configure the automatic or manual creation of your invoices according to several types of invoicing:

  • at a package, by subscription with automatic creation and renewal;
  • under management, or on the basis of time spent possibly valued at rates specific to each case;
  • on the basis of quantities produced: number of bulletins, billing units;
  • based on charges, re-billable disbursements;
  • by calculation formulas.


Tempolia offers you invoice templates professional, aesthetic, and completely customizable: for example, you can incorporate a logo, add or modify the layout of the zones or add an accompanying letter.
Entries relating to sales invoices can be exported directly to about fifty accounting software on the market.


Rigorous monitoring of your accounts receivable and your payments allows you to control your cash flow. With Tempolia, you manage your clients' accounts in a fast and fun way. Tempolia offers you different possibilities to manage your payments:

  • issue your direct debits from Tempolia at the same time as the invoice. You can then generate the file in SEPA format to send to the bank;
  • enter your transfers and checks received. Tempolia allows the edition of the check remittance slip to facilitate their sending to the bank.

A lettering system will allow you to easily associate each payment with the corresponding invoice. The customer reminders show the details of the customer balance and may have a variable text depending on the age of the balance. They will allow you to manage your unpaid bills and your reminders.

Reporting, management control and CRM

As we know that a precise analysis of the results is essential, we have developed nearly fifty prepared editions of reports.

Thanks to Tempolia, you will be able to analyze your results from all angles:

Finally, Tempolia offers you the possibility of planning and memorizing events. These events are tasks to be accomplished or accomplished on a given date by a particular employee. These events allow you to trace the history of emails and phone calls, as well as send reminders to the employees concerned.

Word, Excel or PDF documents can be attached to client, business or event files.
